We are pleased to present these wines from the Estate of William Robert Wilson in support of the Toronto Symphony Orchestra (TSO). Mr. Wilson was a long term donor to the Toronto Symphony Fine Wine Auction for decades. "He was an oenophile and travelled extensively to famous vineyards, particularly in France. His knowledge about wine production and grape varieties was profound and he provided sage advice on hidden gems to buy.” He purchased many wines including top Bordeaux that were meticulously stored in his wine cellar. On behalf of the TSO, we are extremely grateful for the opportunity to auction these wines, and we hope that Mr. Wilson’s collection of wines will bring as much enjoyment to others as they did to him. Please be aware that each charity is exclusively responsible for verifying the origin and provenance of the bottles in this auction, and Iron Gate will not be held liable.
