Upon completion of the Auction, successful bidders will be notified with information on how to pick up the purchased lot(s) from IronGate Auctions, through their pick-up process. The auction is Pick-Up Only, no deliveries will be offered.  Successful bidders shall, upon completion of the Auction, immediately assume responsibility for, and risk of loss relating to, the purchased lots. If any successful bidder fails to arrange for pick-up of their purchased lots within thirty (30) days, then storage fees shall be charged to and payable by such successful bidder starting on the 31st day after the completion of the Auction. No Auction lots will be released to the Buyer unless the purchase price has been paid in full.

JAZZ.FM91 is a listener supported public radio station. Founded in 1948 , the station has been a tireless promoter of Canadian jazz artists to the world including Diana Krall, Oscar Peterson, Jane Bunnett, Moe Koffman, and Emilie Claire Barlow. JAZZ.FM91 is a not-for-profit corporation. Over 60% of the station’s operating budget comes from tax deductible donations from listeners. This wine auction has grown to be one of JAZZ.FM91’s most important means of raising funds. Money raised through the auction help to keep on – air fundraising to a minimum. All wine and spirits on offer in the current auction have been received by a member of the station’s wine auction committee directly from the donors. This helps to ensure that the wines have been carefully cellared. Donations are being accepted now for JAZZ.FM91’s 2025 wine auction. Donations received before December 31st will qualify for a 2024 income tax receipt.
