Over the last decade, his casual curiosity about regional nuances has evolved into a dedicated interest in viticulture and winemaking techniques. For him, collecting is a natural way to document his discoveries and preserve the stories behind the vineyards he admires. His collection is maintained strictly for personal use, curated to be shared and enjoyed with friends and family, and always stored in a temperature and humidity controlled environment.
