Please note: The Infinity case has some damage. While the bottles can be shipped, the case is oversized and will be PICKUP ONLY in Toronto or Calgary.

Available payment options
All lots are located in Calgary, Alberta Canada. Confirmation of pickup or delivery of Iron Gate Commercial Auction winnings must be made within 30 days of auction close. Thereafter, your winnings will be subject to a $250 handling, administration and storage fee (Ontario only), including a subsequent $5.50/case/month and $1.50 per bottle fee for inventory services. If no contact has been made within two years, auction winnings will be considered abandoned.
Please note that auction winnings from earlier auctions cannot be combined with current or future winnings for shipping purposes. Each auction's items will be processed and shipped separately.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make all arrangements for insuring, packing and removing the property purchased and any assistance by the Auctioneer, or the employees of, agents or contractors in packing and removal shall be rendered as a courtesy and without any liability to them. The Auctioneer shall not be liable for any errors or omissions or damage caused by packers and shippers, notwithstanding the fact that the Auctioneer may have recommended such shippers or packers to the purchaser.

2005 Chateau Haut Brion Pessac Leognan Premier Grand Cru Classe from this lot has the following scores - Vinous 100 points, The Wine Advocate 100 points, Wine Spectator 100 points, James Suckling 100 points, Jeb Dunnuck 100 points, The Wine Independent 100 points. This is the tasting note for 2005 Chateau Haut Brion Pessac Leognan Premier Grand Cru Classe from Robert Parker - with a score of 100 points. The mineral-laced 2005 Haut Brion (56% Cabernet Sauvignon, 39% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc) is exquisite. With its elegance and finesse, it is not as powerful as La Mission, but the nobility and complexity of the aromatics, incredible fragrance (subtle smoke and blue, red, and black fruits) that persists in the glass, full-bodied mouthfeel (though very light and delicate on its feet), and incredible length characterize this great Haut-Brion. It is just starting to drink well, and should continue to do so for at least another three decades. It is a tour de force in winemaking, but only 9,000 cases were produced.. 2006 Chateau Haut Brion Pessac Leognan Premier Grand Cru Classe from this lot has the following scores - Jeff Leve The Wine Cellar Insider 98 points, The Wine Advocate 96 points, Decanter 96 points.
