At its helm are Véronique Bonin and her husband, Nicolas Bernard, who are committed to organic and biodynamic farming practices and natural winemaking techniques, all with a single goal - to express the quintessence of the terroir and the vintage. It's worth noting that Véronique Bonin inherited her winemaking skills from her family, particularly from her mother, Geneviève Michelot (her grandfather was none other than Bernard Michelot), with whom she worked for several years. Eventually, she and her husband decided to strike out on their own and acquired a small vineyard. Their 7 hectares are spread across some of the finest terroirs of the Côte de Beaune, in Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet.
