An Ontario-based consignor began building a serious wine collection during the lockdown, sourcing most of his bottles through the LCBO and select purchases acquired through hospitality connections. The entire collection has been meticulously stored in professional wine refrigerators and a dedicated cellar. Now focused on paring down his inventory, he is offering a portion of this carefully curated secondary market collection.
