Built over the last decade by a passionate collector, this collection reflects her deep appreciation for the entire wine experience—the regions, the producers, and the stories behind each vintage. Rather than simply accumulating bottles, she focused on acquiring wines she truly enjoyed drinking and sharing, with the majority sourced directly through the SAQ and Iron Gate Auctions. Every bottle has been meticulously cared for in her personal cellar, where she has maintained optimal temperature and humidity conditions. Over the years, the collection has become a reflection of her personal journey and the many memorable occasions spent sharing exceptional wines with family and friends.
